The most odoriferous varieties of Osmanthus are also the most fragile. The flowers blossom during autumn, their delicate fragrance spreads very far, filling the Chinese’s hearts with a tender nostalgic feeling. With their poetic refinement, Chinese people have turned the Osmanthus fragrans into a legend. This legend tells that from eternity to eternity, the giant Wu Gang hopelessly tried to fight the beautiful Osmanthus tree inside of the Moon Palace because he was furiously jealous of its clear floral smell.

Osmanthus is a tribute to this beautiful little flower, which has a delicate fruity-floral aroma that reminds us of apricots and blossoms. Tangerine and bergamot give wings to the fruit, while leaf green and musk join the party to create a fragrance like no other. A subtle floral for all seasons, Osmanthus is remarkably original and undeniably feminine

Today, The DIFFERENT COMPANY is: 1 designer, 3 collections, and 28 perfumes signed by 8 internationally renowned perfume designers. Always in the respect of the values established in 2000, The Different Company does not cease to challenge itself in order to create “Made in France” olfactory compositions, which are always more surprising and elegant than the last, and this, in a context of creation, always so exceptionally free.
