Four Seasons is a Florida based company and we are required by law to collect sales tax of 6% on orders shipped within Florida. Orders shipped to a destination outside of Florida are exempt from sales tax.

After submitting your order you’ll receive an Email verifying that it’s been received by Fourseasonsproducts.com Once your order is shipped you’ll receive an additional Email informing you of the shipping date, the details of your order and any tracking information.
In the event that you change your mind regarding an order you’ve placed you may cancel it, providing it hasn’t been shipped. Please note we attempt to ship every order within 24-48 hours and in some cases immediately so not all orders can be canceled once they have been submitted.

We provide complimentary samples with every online order! If you would like to request specific samples, please enter these in the Notes section during checkout. We will try our best to include requested samples but we may substitute certain sample requests based on availability.
The amount of free samples you receive is based on order price (before tax and shipping, and after any promotions applied.)

International Shipping via US Post is available for most orders. There are some locations we are not able to ship using US Post but we will notify you if we must use a different shipping method such as DHL or UPS. Please specify if you would prefer this shipping method in the Notes section during checkout. If your package weighs more than the chosen weight you will be contact via e-mail with additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any taxes and duties that might be charged upon delivery and we are not able to estimate these fees.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Most items can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the item has been shipped. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please email email@example.com to get return authorization and approval. We highly recommend that you return the item carefully so it is not damaged upon its return. If an item is used or damaged we can only offer a 50% refund.
All Skin care & Make-up products are NOT eligible for return, to maintain the quality control of each brand and product.
Once you receive an RA#, please send returned items to the address below. Your money will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive the package.
