Four Seasons Products is based in New Mexico and we are required to remit Gross Receipts Tax on orders shipped within New Mexico. But, lucky you, even though we remit taxes to the State of New Mexico, we don’t collect them from our clients. In fact, we don’t collect any sales taxes from any of our clients even though we remit it in every state where we meet the minimum sales requirements. So shop with random abandon! It is like a sales tax free weekend every day at fourseasonsproducts.com!

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal because they make shipping and tracking your package easy for both of us!

We also accept all major credit cards.

Order Confirmation

After you submit your order you will receive a confirmation email from us so you know we jumped into action and are packaging your items. Once it is packaged, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our house to yours! We ship fast – within 24 hours of receiving your order. So you will have your much awaited products just as fast as we can get them to you. Guaranteed!

Canceling an Order

If you change your mind about something you ordered please let us know right away! Since we ship everything so fast, we really need to know as soon as possible so we don’t send it to you. This helps us keep our shipping prices low (or FREE) for you.

To cancel an order, please contact us at sales@fourseasonsproducts.com. If you could provide your order number, email address, or the products you ordered in the email, that will us help find your order faster.

We send you complimentary samples of other products we think you will LOVE with every order.

We process and ship your order within 24 hours of its receipt. We pride ourselves in providing the FASTEST shipping possible so you receive your items before you even expect them!

United States:

Priority Mail (2-3 business days): $7.95 on orders under $100.

Over $100 and it is FREE!

Canada:

Priority Mail International (6-10 business days): First item $26.95. Each additional item $14.95.

International:

Priority Mail International (6-10 business days): First item $49.95. Each additional item $24.95.

Priority Mail International Express (3-5 business days) : First item $74.95. Each additional item $29.95.

International duties:

Please note that outside the United States, we are not responsible for any taxes and duties that might be charged upon delivery. We are unable to estimate these fees. Sorry!

RETURNS

Returns

We unconditionally guarantee not only your satisfaction, but your absolute delight, with each and every product you purchase from us! If you need to return something for any reason, please drop us a note at returns@fourseasonsproducts.com to let us know why you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase and what you would like us to do for you to make it right! We will respond right away and promise to do our very best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Damaged Merchandise

We take pride in packaging your purchase so it arrives safely and is a delight for you to open! Unfortunately, we can’t control how the package is handled once it is placed in the hands of the US Postal Service, but don’t worry! Rest assured, if your merchandise is damaged in transit to your doorstep, we will make it right!

If a product arrives damaged, please keep the box it arrived in and all packing materials and contact us at returns@fourseasonsproducts.com at your earliest convenience. The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can make it right.
