Diptyque

In 1961, three friends from the "Beaux Arts" design school in Paris got together to open a boutique where they sold printed fabrics and an eclectic melange of decorative items. In 1968, they introduced their first candle creations. These were very basic and uncomplicated scents, featuring only single fragrance notes and that have remained on the bestseller list of Diptyque candles since their inception. Along with candles came the delightful room sprays that reinforce the candle scents, and the British inspired toilet waters with their matching soaps, shower gels, body lotions & creams. Diptyque is the only manufacturer in the world of scented candles that offers such a wide variety of scents.
